those sellers or online sites are selling the parts originally from the factory Foshan
u may contact your agent and tell him, to deliver the parts u want from the factory
the nearest local dealers in China may do something to help

@farts, you can contact piaggio dealers here and ask them use express DHL whatever (freight unpaid) for your parts to you. since many of them may not have such international delivery experience...BTW, Could you show us some pic. of your Zip?
